[Resolved] Flipkart — id blocked by flipkart....not able to return the product | |
Recently I have ordered 4-5 products by Flipkart. Out of which, I was trying to return one of the product. During the process, they blocked my ID saying that unusual higher returns. While the period of return of product is 10 days. Earlier Flipkart it self cancelled my orders and later says higher return of products(the so called reason of blocking account). I also called customer care they said your account has been deactivated permanently. There are few points I would like to raise about flipkart: 1. If the product is returnable why we can not return the product within given duration 2. If the id is blocked, how we would keep track of our orders 3. And if there was any issue with any id, don't let them order the product...tell your customers in advance..don't make them fool Was this information helpful? | |
Jul 21, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved My issue is still pending. No steps has been taken to resolve the issue. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account and the seller will not be able to accommodate return requests. | |
