Sir, I have purchased sofa from flipcart on 10th Oct and I have received this product on 4th Nov. But received product is different with which I have ordered in colour mismatch. On 8th Nov I have come to know this and same-day and same time I booked replacement request on my app. I have called to customer care number so many times but I have not received any solution till today.
