[Resolved] Flipkart — ifb microoven | |||||
I ordered an item from flipkart on oct 14. It was supposed to be delivered before oct 27. However, not delivered. I called flipkart cc and they told courier partner was unable to deliver the product. So requested me to cancel the product. I did the same. I have received the email confirmation that product was cancel and refund have been initiated and it will be credited within 6 days including bank holidays. I checked the tracking today and shocked that it has been marked as delivered. Refund initiated was cancelled as well. I am in touch with flipkart but lost the hope that this will be resolved. They are only saying that they are in touch with this horrible courier partner. Meanwhile your queries will be addressed on or before nov6th. This is my first worst experience with flipkart. Customer service was pathatic. I request someone to guide me through the process and get the product or money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
