Verified Support Dec 16, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he wants the issue to be taken care and sort it out on high priority. He was very irate, promised date of the product has crossed. The case escalated to the concern stack holder. We will do the follow up on the same.

Flipkart team is playing and cheating peoples, since the issue has been raised through consumer portal.
Firstly i received the message stating they tried to deliver the product but i was not available to collect however i was at home all time. the reason shared to me is completely non-sense. I am really sad the way they are treating with me..
No one has courtsey to call and update the status whats happening at back end. Kindly take strong action against these cheaters.
A point to think here, before anyone coming to deliver the product their will be a call from the courier guy just to confirm the address and making sure i am available at home. I have not received any call from anyone either from Courier guy or flipkart team.
Its a year end, i have planned my holidays, i have to cancel all my plans because of this Mess which flipkart.
I urge your team to take strong action against these guys who are trying to cheat the peoples.
