[Resolved]  Flipkart — ifb washing machine 9.5 kg order id od[protected]

I placed an order for IFB 9.5 kg Fully Automatic Top Load Grey having order id OD[protected] on 29/11/2019 which was deliverd to me on 6/12/2019 after a fake delivery attempt on 5/12/2019. Later on 6/12/2019 technicians from IFB came to our home for installation. After unpacking the same they found that the product is damaged and it was also having a old appearnce as like items availble on store on display.i raised the request for replacement on very same day. From that day i daily get fake assurance from flipkart's side. Till day no body came to pick up that damaged piece and to deliver the other one. Due to winter every single passing day is difficult for us without machine and they are just providing us a later date. At first they told us we will receive resolution by 10/12/19 then it became 12dec, after that it became 15 and now they are saying wait till 19/12/2019. Neither they are agreeing for a refund so that we can purchase it from somewhere else nor they are providing us a replacement. It is very difficult to wait till 19/12/2019. Please provide a early resolution.
