Flipkart — IFB Washing Machine not delivered

This is the most horrible experience someone can get from Flipkart on delivery front.

Order for the Product (IFB Washing Machine) was placed on 08-May'23 under the offer of my old Samsung top load washing machine exchange. Order ID OD[protected]

On 10-May'23, Ekart guys came asked for OTP which is general practice for any courier delivery hence i had given it. He unboxed washing machine. Immediately I observed knob of machine was damaged and one scratch on the machine. They said I will get 20% discount if i accept the product as it is. I called Flipkart customer care (CC) number and CC representative told me not to accept the product and return it immediately.

Ekart guy called his supervisor (Swapnil, Pune location) and they again started to convince me to take 20% discount for damaged product. I put my phone on speaker mode and made supervisor to talk to Flipkart CC person wherein they argued, and in the end, I was told to return the product.

Post that, Ekart guy and his supervisor started fighting because Ekart guy marked the product as delivered on tool hence his supervisor was probing why he has done that. Argument ended after 5 mins, and I returned the product. They re-packed the product and taken it back with them.

I did not allow them to take my old Samsung top load washing machine as new machine's delivery was returned/cancelled. So, its still with me.

Immediately i raised the complaint with Flipkart CC team about the entire episode happened. I was assured that my issue would get resolved in 24 to 48 hours and I would get the new machine by 13-May’23. But I did not get the machine. However, they marked issue as resolved on tool. This time, I was shocked to see that they mentioned old product is picked. However, old product is still with me.

I once again raised the complaint and I was assured that issue would be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. Ticket gets created and getting resolved in 2 days time without any resolution.

Some of the ticket numbers are:

IN[protected] – this ticket is getting re-opened multiple times but without any resolution.

There is no central ownership from any of customer care executives. They are just creating tickets and nothing more than that.

If someone from Flipkart is monitoring these feedbacks, pls check on this kind of malpractices happening at your courier services end (Ekart).

Please help me in delivering my product as soon as possible. I am waiting for it.
