Highly ignorance of service request by both parties; flipkart as well as iffalcon. Dear concern, I have purchased a iffalcon by tcl led smart tv f2 99.8 cm (40) on dated 13th may 2018. Invoice and trailing email from flipkart attached herewith for your reference. Address properly mentioned in the invoice. So don't ask any further questions to waste both parties time. Now, we have been found/survive with the too bad noisy sound problem and not able to listening properly. Better to replace the tv with good quality. Kindly, immediately arrange to visit of service engineer to expedite/verification as soon as possible and resolve on the same day without any further delay.
