[Resolved]  Flipkart — Ignorance by flipkart for ifb microwave installation

I ordered IFB microwave from flipkart on (19th Oct, 2016) for my home at Ajmer, Rajasthan and the delivery was done on (26th Oct, 2016). Flipkart assures installation and demo for this product because until unless they don't do the installation we cannot use the product, If we use and any issue came then we cannot use the replacement policy. I've been calling flipkart and IFB guys since then and I am not getting any satisfactory response.
Flipkart people keep creating new tickets and assuring resolution in 48 hours and IFB people keep saying that they haven't received any request from flipkart yet. It's been more than 1 month I am just waiting and not able to use the product. Also my money is totally stuck.
I tried to place a return of the product but flipkart guys rejected for that clearly. Now they are on fault, they didn't do the installation in 1 month and now I am totally helpless.

I don't understand why Flipkart guys are not giving fix appointment or just take the product back?

Spoke to customer and inform that 10 days return policy will start from the date of installation & Demo. Customer was happy with resolution. Hence closing case.
