Flipkart — Illogically amount deducted from wallet

Just an example first that how much frequently you send notifications, mails and messages.
on an average i receive more than 100 mails, messages, notifications calls every month from your side even i haven't ordered a single product from your platform.

Now lets talk about your call center facility:
I have tried to contact your customer care more than 10 times every times i have to start explaining each and everyone from the scratch that what is the issue. then they promise me that issue will be resolved in new few days... and these days never come to end.
Then comes your chat support... they don't care weather the issue is resolved or not but they close your chat and mark it resolve.. and best part is no body is verifying it. no cross check process.

Now come to my point you have deducted more than Rs 2700 from my wallet giving reasoning that i haven't used it in last one year and they expired, interesting thing is without any information, not a single message, mail or notification.. Yes!!!
and when i called your customer care then one person confirmed me that this has been happened with many people in the covid-19 time so we have extended their money life... and same will be done to me in 4-5 days ...but now it is more than a month!

Firstly i request you to improve your support services and make check process for you staff.

finally, since i am really fed up and got so frustrated from your support services please provide my wallet balance back.
