Flipkart — I'm complaining about a PS5 game disc which I received but didn't receive code to install additional content

Let me explain my issue - Kindly Check Incident: IN[protected].
I ordered a game disc named "Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate edition" with order ID: OD[protected], Ultimate edition includes main story game content plus add-on dlc i.e. phantom liberty. I checked the main story content is all good but I didn't receive any code to redeem phantom liberty dlc. I cant install phantom liberty without that code. I checked and that code comes in a page within the game disc box.

I had a talk with support executive on the 14th Oct. I explained my issue, She told me she is escalating this issue to the concerned team. Next day morning(14th Oct), someone called me from the escalation team and then she again told me that she is escalating to the concerned team(I don't know how many times they escalated my issue) and you'll get a resolution by 16th Oct. Again on 15th Oct, someone named - Thabasum Sulthana called me but I was unable to pick up the call because I was not available that time. She left a note that "We will try calling you again within 4 business hours". I waited till evening (more than 4 hours) but I didn't receive any call. So, I called again and the customer support executive told me that you'll get a call from the escalation team by tomorrow as 16th Oct is the resolution date. Next day, no one called me and in the afternoon they closed my case without my permission nor giving a resolution. Again a new case has been opened and the resolution date is 19th Oct and no one called me. I reached out to support again on 16th Oct, I got only robotic responses like - "Don't worry sir, you'll get a response by 19th Oct", "We are here for you", "Your issue will get resolved". Now, again I have given a new date 23rd Oct. On Sunday morning one lady called me and said she is putting replacement request. Again on same day another lady called and said she is putting refund request and took my bank details. On 22nd Oct they resolved my case without my permission and another lady said she submitted a complaint against this issue with complaint no IN[protected] and when I asked about replacement/refund statues she said she can't see any request like that

I think no one is working on my issue. Also, it was an open box delivery. Delivery boy didn't open the product in front of me.

I am just giving a simple solution that reach out to the seller and get me the code to install that DLC or take the product back and give me refund but support executives are not listening, they are just saying they are escalating my issue. I have given proof(first two attached pictures) in case IN[protected](which was resolved without my permission) that code is not included in that game disc. Also, I have attached a picture(third picture) of that page in which code is written as an example.

2nd picture: Attached as an example that code comes in a red page within th box

Kindly help me to get my issue resolved and get me the code or either refund.
