[Resolved]  Flipkart — I'm complaining about damaged earphones

Today I bought an earphones of sony ex115ap of 1182 rupees but received an damaged product. there is no option for refund on return page.I called to costumer care but nothing they said seller isn't providing refund only replace.I'm not satisfied with this product and its quality. how they can force to buy the same product again.I want my money back.I dont want to invest my money in this stupid online company.
