I had ordered REEBOK FOREVER FLOATRIDE GROW Running Shoes. firstly it is going to deliver on 4th April 2022 but the product not delivered on given time, after that it is showing that you product will be delivered by 7 Apr. 2022 but next day (On 5th April 2022) the product got delivered. the outer package was intact but the box is in dilapidated state. When I open it I found that shoes are missing from box. (Images Attached What I have received)
Immediately I raised a return request and try to contact with Flipkart costumer support as well as with delivery person, but got no response from their side.
flipkart forced me to share my confidential documents(AADHAR CARD, DRIVING License, VOTER ID) to process my return request. I don't want to share my confidential documents to flipkart or other third parties due to privacy risks but for saving my huge amount i.e 5999/- I have shared my confidential documents.
After sharing all these documents my return request gets rejected by flipkart without giving any suitable reason.
Immediately I raised another return request and talked to their costumer executives they says due to some technical issues your request got rejected. Now Their technicalities also bare by costumers, what is logic. And after all Now the flipkart is demanding me to sign a consent form to lodge FIR for a missing laptop/Mobile ? I had ordered for shoes, not for mobile/laptop.
Flipkart is causing me too much of mental stress and I've been waiting for a week for them to resolve my issue but nothing done yet.
i want to flipkart to-
I have already shared my confidential so please process my return.
Send a refund of amount paid (Rs, 5999/-)
Send the correct consent form for my shoes not for laptop/mobile if they want me to sign in.
