[Resolved]  Flipkart — I'm complaining about refrigerator

I bought refrigerator from flipkart whose seller is omnitechretail. After 4-5 days of delivery the technician come for installation. During the time of installation of refrigerator door tray was broken. So gave me an option 1) if he could come another day for that door tray and 2) return the refrigerator. I decided first option. He said that after 2 hrs. It will start cooling but it did'nt cool even after 8 hrs. Sor i decided to return it back so during the time of return there was only one option that was replacement of same thing and no option of refund. Then i talked to customer care they did'nt helped me at all. Isaid please give me the no. Of seller they said "sorry sir we don't have there no.". Please try to resolve my problem.
