Flipkart — I'm complaining about services of flipkart

My return i'd od[protected].
This third time i received a defective product from flipkart and when i called them for replacement they are mentally disturbing me with their policies and each time they are asking me to wait for 5 to 6 days for replacement and there is no proper escalation matrix and customer care people not transferring calls to next level.
My old return i'd are
Need justice, od[protected],[protected].
