Flipkart — I'm complaining about the product which I have ordered from flipkart lenovo laptop

My complaint ID is : IN[protected]
I want to know the reason that why my order has been canceled. What is the reason behind this?
Your customer care service is saying that the product was damaged that's why it got canceled. But it is not my fault what should I do?
I request you to give me the same product at the same price.
Or else I have to go to consumer court.
