Flipkart — Im complaining about the wrong product delivered.

I have ordered Oneplus Bullets Z2 Bluetooth Headset (Jazz Green In the Ear) on[protected] and the product was delivered on[protected]. I became surprised to see that there is no OnePlus Bullets Z2 Bluetooth Headset in the box and the box was fill of a Headset of different brand (Level U) after a few minutes I text Flipkart support for call back, they call me back and I told them my problem, they suggest me to arise a return request after 24 hours of delivered of the product. I arise a return request for the product as they told me but Flipkart rejected my return request.
