Hello sir, I made a order of books which were delivered to me successfully and i have problem with some books so i requested a replacement and after the initiation of replacement my account doesn't open it says that "account unavailable please retry" So i call a customer care and they says that my account got blacklisted but i want a refund for my books The books name is 'think and grow rich' and 'the one thing' My registered mobile number is [protected] Was this information helpful? Feb 14, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved They said you have to Revert back the email..and you'll get the Resolution but i Revert the Email but nothing happen My account doesn't open Please open My account Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 15, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it. Verified Support Feb 15, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer informed that customers recent return request has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in his purchase history.
