[Resolved] Flipkart — I'm filing this complaint about late delivery and no update regarding my product and misleading information provided by Flipkart

I have placed my order of Acer Aspire 7 laptop on 16th October 2020 and still haven't received.

Customer care people are not at all helpful. They'll say just give us a minute and will put your call on hold and within a min they'll disconnect. Haven't faced such issue with any other website. Registered complaint against my product which is still unresolved.

They are not even cancelling my order as it is already paid. Its been more than 15days today.
Atleast provide me with some details where my issue can get resolved or just refund my money.

i have also ordered acer aspire 7 and mine aslo is not delivered yet and now they have given me the promise date of delivery 3rd november but my order is still not packed yet.
