Flipkart — IMEI number doesn't match on your portal for exchange of mobile

Hello,

I am having Huawei Y9 2019 mobile phone. Further, i was trying to buy a new mobile phone on Flipkart in exchange for the said phone, however, the Flipkart site/app doesn't accept the IMEI number of my Huawei phone.

Please help!
