This is to inform that i have ordered a phone (Google pixel 7 pro) on 14th april, Order Id- OD[protected] . It is supposed to be delivered on 17th april but i got a message saying there is delay in delivery and it will be attempted in next 3 days. I waited and now the new delivery date is 20th april that is today. Now again i got the same message today morning saying it will be attempted in next 3 days. The product is reached to the nearest hub twice but the product is not getting delivered.
I have been calling multiple times to the cs team but there was no action taken. I have planned this item to gift it to someone but I couldn't gift it due to this issue.Atleast if you are not able deliver, you should inform us the reason by calling. Else we can go to the nearest hub and pick the order.
I am surprised that Flipkart is in a position that can not able to solve customer's issue which is happening multiple times. I request you to please escalate this issue on high priority and get the product delivered as soon as possible.
