[Resolved]  Flipkart — improper communication to the customer

I have returned a product on 3rd october but the refund for the item has not been recieved till date inspite of number of mails and calls to the customer care, moreover the customer care has been sending the same autogenerated mails repeatedly without trying to communicate really. Flipkart customer have been so negligent in sorting out the problem and have created lot of disappointment in the mind. Flipkart online sites and links that are sent to my mail are not at all working and very worstly organized.
