Flipkart — Improper/Faulty Installation of AC

Hi Team,

I am writing this complaint with regards to the AC installation done my your keonjhar Odisa team.

I have purchased my AC from flipcart and availed your installation service.
AC got installed on 2nd-may after installation within 2 days my AC stops colling.
I have raised more than 100 complaints to flipcart and your company.
There is no response and they are closing my request every time without resolution. Jeeves peoples are using abusing language over call.

They have charged 5000 Rs from us for AC fitting.

I want to file a case againt fliptcart and Jeeves both.
