Hi,
I am Pankaj recently I purchased le eco le 2 from flipkart. Services of flipkart is too good but problem is I don't get my headphone with the phone in the box. Please provide me the headphone actually there is no slot for 3mm jack. That's y I need that headphone. Please do the needful as soon as possible. I am waiting for there response . But still I have not received any call and information from flipkart side . It is not first time I am facing this type of issue. Please please do some responses

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer as he said that he wants to connect the phone with the system but its not happening through wireless. As on checking we found that the return has already been created for wait and refund but the pick up id was not generated. So informed to customer the same as customer said that he don't want to return the product now he wants to visit to the service center if still the issue is not resolved then he will return the phone. So the service center details has been shared with the customer .

So closing the case.
