[Resolved]  Flipkart — inappropriate product

I have ordered 2 jbl earphones.. Not a week has passed n one side of both the earphones hve been stop working.. If one of the earphones has not been working could be accepted but here both of them r inappropriate... Plzz get to the solution as soon as possible n do take the complain to the consideration.. Action necessary must be taken
