I have ordered ae designs leatherette manual recliners from flipkart and they delivered the product friday 20th july 2018, when i checked the product i found that the quality issue is there related to comfort and this product still packed, So regarding the refund i have raise this to customer care of flipkart but they are saying that seller is not giving refund as product has no defect. Product i have ordered from online and online nobody can check the comfort or material of the product. Flipkart clearly denied refund. This is really very pathetic as if anyone is not happy with the product he receive but he or she has already paid for that product in this situation this flipkart just denied the case.
