[Resolved]  Flipkart — incident: in[protected] a/c installation not done and entire week wasted

Flipkart, quit wasting our time and fix it. Can you do this simple thing?
Bought an ac on flipkart.
Delivered within given time.
Installation was supposed to be done next day.
Got a call from service guy, coming in 15 minutes, shows up after 1 and half hour, a few minutes after we go out. When he arrives, checks the box and says some supplies like bolts or something is missing, hence can't do the installation. Gives time for the next morning and we get several calls and later we get a message that the installation is cancelled.
We write to flipkart and they ask for 2 days’ time to sort out the matter. We keep on getting phone calls, history is asked and lot of assurances and apologies. Again further mails asking for more time
Yet no one has looked in the matter properly, no one shows up for the installation.

Our question is after you give time and assure installation, what gives you a right to cancel the installation? Is this the way to treat your clients?
Why your customer services doesn't have the full information and why the onus on the client to clarify and explain
Why the call is always put on hold and time and inconvenience factor to the client.
Why there's no consistency in the details and status updates.
Why you can’t find a person to visit and sort out the matter

We will like to bring to the highest level of flipkart management so they should look into the level of their services and sort out the matter and improve services for the future. We have much better experience

Got a call 48 hours ago. Was promised resolution within 2 days.
Another 2 days wasted and nothing at all done. A billions dollar company takes weeks to fix a small issue?
Utter disrespected and insult to the customer.
