Ordered a crocs clog size UK 7 and received size UK 8.
after multiple time talking to customer care support team, multiple time made request to resolve the issue on time and then escalate the matter though support team got Incident no. but no call back mail communication or any solution as of now. Now as date of return policy date expired so support team not able to help said. asked for mail id or process to get the solution- which they not aware of. worst customer care expectance had with flipkart.
Feedback Customer care Support:
1. None of the executive have process knowledge.
2. Supervisors do no take call if executive not able to solve the issue.
3. misguiding the client.
4. false promise and process information passed.
5. disconnecting call in between the call.
6. never getting call back after call get disconnect.
7. Denying everything not authorized to transfer call to supervisor.
8. almost spoke to 12- 13 representative from flipkart, everything once give different reason not to process the issue or solve. Was this information helpful? |
