Flipkart — Incomplete & damaged delivery of product | |||||
I ordered bunk bed from flipkart on 28th february ( order id - od[protected] which was delivered late & then commissioning was late. The product was ordered in month of february & till date we have not been able to use it. What should i do with the same apart from it occupying my space. Neither they taking request for the return though the problem was reported on the same day of commissioning. The commissioning is not complete as parts are missing, planks are damaged. Why flipkart is not able to resolve the problem & simply harassing me by sending delay mails every day? Whenever we are trying to contact them through phone or mail, standard reply comes we are look into the problem & shall get back to you. The dates are being extended simply. I am attaching all the mails & messages received from flipkart for records which state that how they are harassing the customers by sending only standard mails/message rather than doing anything. I am left with no choice but to go to consumer court as i am cheated by supplying incomplete & damaged product & above that there is no response from flipkart Was this information helpful? | |||||
