Please note that with respect to the order ID : OD[protected], the item with the description "Pampers Pants Diaper M Size (Medium) 60 Pads - 2 No.s", has been ordered online on Flipkart logisctics on[protected], with the registered email id: [protected]@bhelhyd.co.in. The item was delivered at the address provided during order placement. However, in the parcel only 1 No. of the ordered item has been delivered. The issue has been brought into the notice of the customer care many a times. However, suitable corrective action has not been taken till date. Please do the necessary. Regards, Ramya. Verified Support Jul 14, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and got to know that she ordered for (Pampers Pants Diaper M Size (Medium) 60 Pads) 2 qtys and she only received 1 qty. So apologized for the inconvenience and we also see that a refund for missing quantity is initiated back to customer's account. Customer is aware about the same, Hence informed TAT & closing the complaint.
