Flipkart — incomplete order received | account blocked with inappropriate reasons.

Hi,

I have been calling and writing emails from last two months i. E from the
Month of may,
I have mailed many times and escalated the issue but there is no
Satisfactory response form flip-kart's back end team, when ever i have
Called every customer support executive understood the issue properly and
Always found my concern as a genuine one, they always escalated it to the
Back-end team, but the the back end always rejected the escalations and
Sends a same vague reply every time.
I have order few products on 19th of may :
1) od[protected] : 7 products (Shoes and clothes)
2) od[protected] : 7 products (Clothes)

This order id has 7 items and out of them it has 3 jockey track pants od[protected] from which i have only received one trackpant, the package was very small and has only one trackpant and it's invoice claims it has three trackpants, i have called flipkart team in the month of may for this issue and they assured me that my pending order will be delivered in 3-4 days, and afterwards instead of sending me the products. My account was blocked, for which they give a reason that:

"our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns"

I have been claiming for my genuine products which i have not received,
Even out of the order id's have mentioned which has 14 products in
Total (7+7), only one item was returned and 2 items were replacements for
Size change.
I have been mailing and calling from over two months now, i have also sent
Mails to grievance. [protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@flipkart.com with
Subject line:

*incomplete order received | account blocked with inappropriate reasons.*

But didn't received any reply from these, though i have received same
Reply from backend team.

Also, i have attached few photo's of the package carrying jockey products.
(Please notice that courier package is very small and it can hold only one
Product, how will it carry 3, as the invoice claims.)

I am asking for the products which i have not received either by refund or by the sending the products ordered. Also out of the order id's i have mentioned almost 50 % of the products are fake and defective i have to return that also, since my account is blocked i can't even return that also,

I have asked the flipkarts backend team to call on my number, but didn't received any call till now.

Flipkart has 30 day return policy over fashion and lifestyle (Clothes and shoes)
I have asked for return under that policy, and there is no extra clause on that which i am not able to fulfil, i am not sure why flipkart is doing injustice to me.

Hi,

I have provided all the details, and this reply from flipkart is totally vague and factless, I have only returned one product out of the order id's mentioned and two products were for replacement(size change).
While i am asking for the items which i have paid for:
1) Ordered 3 jockey track-pants, recieved only one. (prepaid order)
2)when flipkart say's high number of returns i have countered that statement also.
3)when flipkart has a 30 day return policy without any clause to restrict the number of returns, and all returns made under compliance with policies, instead flipkart should work upon quality of the products they deliver, although i have not made much returns, but as per policy i can return every product if found not suitable for use.
4) The order id's mentioned above has other 5 products which are fake / defective i.e not suitable for my use stuck with me, i am not able to return that also, since my account is inappropriately blocked.
5) i have ordered few products on cash on delivery, which were not delivered to me because flipkart's backend team has blocked my account meanwhile.

I have wasted more than 3 months to explain this to many flipkarts executives, they understood the issue, but flipkarts backend team always replies with the same vague and fact less answer.
This is harassment and one sided judgement, i have asked there team concerned over the matter to call me and better understand the issue, no call received till now. this clearly proves their fraudulent intentions.

if flipkart's backend team want's to discuss product specific returns also, for previous orders, i am ready for that also.
I can bash them with genuine and valid proof's and can prove how fraud and in genuine activities are done by flipkart.
