[Resolved] Flipkart — incorrect article received and now denying to to take it back | |||||
Hi team, This is regarding the order id: od[protected]. I have ordered realme2 with configuration 64gb storage and 4gb ram (Cost: rs. 9499) however the one which we received was 32gb storage and 4gb ram in the same price. Which is again a wrong commitment and fraud done by the flipkart team. We tried to contact flipkart in all the possible ways however we have not received any response from them. Now they are clearly denying to take it back and not ready to return and replacement. We have tried all the possible ways but did not get the response.
