[Resolved]  Flipkart — Incorrect Product bought Unable to get it Returned or Exchanged,

Address:Flat 203, I WING, Gaurav Residency, Phase 1, Near Mahanagar Gas Pump, MiraRoad East

I placed an order for a RealMe TV 32inch (HD Ready) - Incorrectly, Now I wish to return it and get a Refund or Replace it with the correct model that is RealMe TV 32in (Full HD) and also pay the difference amount.

Contacted support they said they only have a replacement policy to the exact same model, Which is absolutely unacceptable.

A Customer should have the right to return or Replace the product purchased he bout incorrectly It's our basic right.

I am very unhappy with this and want to seek resolution as I do not wish to keep a incorrectly bought product.
