Flipkart — Incorrect product delivered | |||||
I order an asus x205ta for rs15980/ fourth generation laptop and now they have sent me an asus e200ha third generation. Which is rs 900 cheaper now they are not giving me the actual ordered product as they say its out of stock but i did see it in the stock now with increase price of 18000/. I am not sure what to do they are saying that they wil have to refund the money but i cant afford to loose work i work from home and i want to use it i just asked them for the correct invoice so that i can claim my warranty they are deniying me the correct product as they say its out of stock and they are also denying me the invoice and waranty for the product that i have recieved please i need help i want to sue flipkart for being so stiff Was this information helpful? | |||||
