[Resolved] Flipkart — incorrect product delivery | |||
I bought a v guard 10 liter storage water geyser (Pebble metallica, white, purple) vide order no. Od[protected] which was delivered to me on 30th oct 2019.in this matter due to my incomplete electric wiring, installation was delayed. The installation was finally done on 07th dec. 2019. After the installation was complete, the technician realized that a different colour other than the one that was booked was actually delivered (Color booked-purple color delivered – cherry) it is to be noted that the cherry color cost rs 500 less. Since 10 days had already passed from the delivery date return option was not possible. I had complain about the faulty packing. I received a call from your end and was assured to compensate by increasing the warranty period which however did not sound very logical to me. Till date i have not received any response regarding the issue. I would earnestly request you to take up the matter and resolve it within 7 days. Failing which i would be compelled to report the matter to the consumer affairs. Hope the matter is settled amicably. Was this information helpful? | |||
