[Resolved] Flipkart — incorrect product sold under non return category

Hello, recently i have purchased screen guard with the order id of "od[protected]". However the seller has sent the item which neither covers my mobile screen nor the quality is good. I have lost my hard earned money 300 rs. On this.

Flipkart is playing safe game with keeping such cheat products under non-return category.

What to do in this case??

Flipkart Customer Care's response We interacted with the customer and provided information that as per the seller policy we shall not be able to accommodate customer request for the return of the product as there is defect or damage in the product. Hence, closing the case.

Updated by imvinod WTF!! The product is in the packed condition and I haven't installed or used it.

I just measured it with screen and found it's not covering the screen and the screen coverage ratio is below 80%.

You can't simply close the case.

You cheaters.!!! I want my money...
