[Resolved] Flipkart — incorrect refund of payment by flipkart | |||
Hi, I had purchased serum cream from flipkart via debit card emi option. However before order delivery, i had cancelled same. Hence i was due for refund. Flipkart people have sent message that amount has been refunded to credit card, when i dont have any credit card. I have contacted multiple times to them and so far there has not been any satisfactory response from their side. Also bank in which my account is there, is debiting my account on no refund has been made to my saving account (Account from which payment was done). Need urgent resolution of same. Verified Support Nov 19, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the refund is not received. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed that refund has been completed on[protected]. However, if the amount is not reflecting in customer account, requested customer to contact the bank and raise a charge back for the same. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
