[Resolved] Flipkart India — Not returning my product | |||||
Flipkart.com order OD[protected]. Item received on 12th march. Opened the item on 18th march and found out that wrong item is received. Called up flipkart customer service. Asked her to file a return. She said i will file the return request then and there. Waited till today for a reply and found out that product cannot be returned, when i called flipkart customer service. He the transfered me to his senior and he said that the product cannot be returned under any circumstances under no return policy. I asked what should i do if i get the wrong item? He said, should inform within 72 hrs. I asked where is that mentioned and how am I supposed to know that. He said its not in company policies but is applied generally. I hung up.
