[Resolved] Flipkart India — seller cancelled order | |||||
Hi, I have ordered OPPO F3 (Gold, 64 GB) on 26-Mar-2018 from Flipkart.com with Exchange of Moto G2, which supposed to delivered on 27-Mar-2018.. So on 26-Mar-2018 I have format my mobile and erase all the important data from my Moto G2 but when I checked the status on Flipkart site on 27-Mar-2018 it is showing "Shipment has been cancelled by you" Where I did'nt cancelled the order. When I contacted the customer care, Customer care executive was saying like Seller has rejected the order due to price difference(Giving more exchange rate for the Moto G2 i.e. Rs. 3900). And now they are not delivering the order and refunding the amount. but I dont want the refund..I want the mobile.
