[Resolved]  Flipkart — Initially infomed replacement will be done now informing replacement can be done

Hello Flipkart, I think I had called you mote than 20 times to your customer care regarding this issue on order : OD[protected] Really according to your flipkart policies if I would have exceeded maximum no. Of cancellations, you guys would have informed me before i send the parcel. I had sent the parcel on august 5th you guys received the defective mobile to your warehouse on 12th august . After that why did u guys updated the status the refund is accepted and your delivery will be completed before 24th august (due to Aug 15 holiday and Sunday). I waited till Aug 25th, and I called to u guys. 1st guy( executive): Informed due to unavailabilty of stock we are not processing your replacement. 2nd guy( flop supervisor): He told he didn't receive any update from the ware houseteam. 3rd guy(manager): After 1 hour of conversation the informed I had crossed maximum cancellation limits . But as I had sent the product back toflipkart he will process this replacement and it will be done asap . On monday I called u guys : Why floor supervisor or executive took a complaint and informed that the problem will be resolved by 30th august . Really as per your flipkart policyif I had crossed maximum cancellations why didn't u informed me before I called u that the product is a defective piece? Please answer to this all this lies told by all the flikart people.
