I order InnoQ Super Bright 62cm (24 inch) HD ready LED TV ( Order ID- OD[protected] on 13.07.2022, and I received the TV on 21.07.2022 ( Return policy up to 31.07.2022)
The technician visited for unboxing and checking on 27.07.2022 (Case ID- FLVI-2XYBNH-6G4HDY-6123XK-OW432D0) Technician find a defective product, which he processed for return and replacement but the Flipkart seller has canceled the return request without any reason on 31.07.2022. Again I requested for return. The technician visited on 01.08.2022 he also find the defective product he also processed for return and replacement but Flipkart has canceled.
I called Flipkart for my concern but they refused my request. My return policy finished on 31.07.2022. Please help me to return and replacement of my product.
