When you make advance payment to Flipkart, their people never look into your complaint. Neither you are able to cancel the order nor can claim refund. They will keep on extending the delivery date again and again. I placed an order with following details.

On first instance I was told that address and PIN code do not match. A false statement because on the same address Flipkart has made supply earlier.
Second Time It was told that there is technical issue and suplly may be delayed by one week i.e due date was 25th April but was advised to keep patience till 2nd May.
Flipkart do not reply the email written to them.
They do not cancel the order on the pretext that material has been shipped but even if It do not reach to customer for any number of days. Was this information helpful? |
