[Resolved] Flipkart — installation and demo of tv not done | |||
I purchased mi led tv from flipkart which was delivered a day late. Then the installation and demo was scheduled after 4 day but no one came... And when i called customer care they every time asked it will be done on scheduled day and time but it didnt happened... Then they rescheduled it for 2 day later but since i was not available on that day i previously asked them to postponed it for next day and they said its rescheduled according to me... But on that day when i again enquired about it they said it is again rescheduled for 2 days later... Now i am totally frustrated... Again there is no guarantee that the installation will be done on the rescheduled day... Today they again contacted me and told that it should be installed today itself and promised for the same but again no technician came yet... Yet another day of frustration... What should i do now???
