I am sainath, i have ordered an product "flipkart perfect home carol queen bed" on 8th october, so i received the product 13th october, from 13th oct the drama has started, then i called customer care and asked about the installation, flipkart care people told it will be installed by 18th oct, i have waited till 18th oct still nobody has called me, on 18th i have called customer care, u people raised an issue and compromised that by 23th the installation will be done, on 23rd i got call from the flipkart and told that "we have escalated the issue" within 12 business hours installation will be done today is 25th oct, did 12 business hours has not completed for the flipkart, i received the product on 13th and today is 25th, does it look good for flipkart a customer is not able to use the product which he buyed...
Hope you understand my frustrations
Please let me know when you will install or take back the product and pay my money back
