I placed an order (OD[protected] for an Boat Avante 1550 speaker from Flipkart on Jul 22, 2022. I got the delivery on 23 Jul, 2022 as promised. The installation date for the product was Jul 24, 2022. The installation team (Jeeves Consumer Services) simply closing the ticket without reaching me almost 3: tickets opened for installation all three got closed without reaching me mentioning false information like installation completed. On discussing with the Flipkart customer service executive, I was asked to wait for 1 more day so that the installation team can get install it. The executive promised me to resolve the issue and install the product by Jul 28, 2022. It didn't happen and on escalation another customer service executive asked for 24 hours and assured that the issue will be resolved by Aug 29 2022. Still, it didn't happen. Now, another customer service executive called up and asked for 12 more working hours. So it was supposed to get resolved and installed by Aug 29, 6:30 PM. And again no updates and nothing happened. While I find the customer service executives polite and listening to customer issues, I don't think they they are helping in getting the issue resolved in any way. It's a frustrating experience and I've wasted hours talking and explaining the same issue every time I talk to customer service (and by design its a different person every time and everyone keep asking for 12 more hours or 24 more hours). Based on what the customer service executive told me, Jeeves team should installed it but Jeeves didn't showed up on all the 3 different days the Flipkart customer service promised.
