[Resolved] Flipkart — installation not done

Order numbe od[protected]. Product was delivered on 4th and till today installation has not been done. The customer agents are just disconnecting the call or are sayin to wait till end of day. I initial installation date was 6th october 2017 but that failed. I complained and then got a response that yoh will get a resolution by 12th october.. On 12th i got an email saying that they need extra time till 14th 1pm. As i wroting this i have heard nothing. Did receive an email sayin installation will be done o. 14th but atill has not been done. Made a big mistake by buying a diwali gift from flipkart.
