[Resolved] Flipkart — installation not done for tv | |||||
I ordered a blaupunkt 43"full hd led smart tv on 22nd march 2019. The delivery pincode was 690502, as most of the tvs were not deliverable to my area during the sale period. The installation was done. The product was faulty and asked for a replacement. The replacement item was delivered on 9th april 2019 to my pincode 695003. But flipkart scheduled the installation on the previous pincode where the 1st product was delivered. I called up the customer care and requested for the address change. Every day i call and ask the status. And the reply i get is that my problem wil be resolved within 14th. Later it was 15th. And now its 18th april. No calls from the agency or any updates regarding this. Now i am asked to wait till 23rd april 2019. I received a call from the support team on 17th april and was assured that the installation will be scheduled on 18th april. Total disappointment from flipkart team. What can be done now?
