[Resolved]  Flipkart — Installation not done from last 10 days for order OD[protected]

Hi,

I am escalating this issue as I have purchased iffalcon tv from flipkart and received it on 23rd March 2021, and since in 2 days the installation. Was not done I raised a complaint, I have received many SLAs, but there was no installation done yet, and today I received an SMS informing me that installation has been complete, but nobody did the installation, I am fairly disappointed with the pathetic support from flipkart because even the customer care agents are not responding properly, now it has been 10 days and no update on order OD[protected]. Flipkart is keep on extending the date.
