Flipkart — installation not done i. r. o. vu led tv | |||
I have purchased led tv (40sm) (Case id ftev-dkdzzl-5j7oyq-dx3x94-qg9bywq) on 15th july online and delivered on 23rd july 2019. As per purchasing policy within 2 days of delivery flipkart has to install the product through the authorised agent. But now more than 20 days but installation not done even after number times complaint given through the customer care. Everyday i am receiving messages we have arranged technician and will be installed. Around 3 pm daily i will receive message that installation rescheduled. I am not able to use the product even after purchasing the product. Still i have not opened the product due warranty conditions. I don't know either my ordered product is available inside or not? Why flipkart is fearing for installation. Was this information helpful? | |||
