Installation and demo of vu smart tv not done as of now. I want to cancel the order if the installation not done before today but they refused to return the product and said you can only return after the installation, if the product damage or defective. If flipkart not providing the service on time then there should be return policy.. Technician of installation has updated that he called me regarding demo but he never called me..
