[Resolved] Flipkart — installation of my led tv is not yet done-poor service from flipkart | |||
I had ordered my 43' lg led tv from flipkart on 21st oct 2017, the delivery was delayed in first place (That's fine, can understand, was a festive season so can happen), got the delivery on 26th, then the installation was supposed to happen on 27th, no update or confirmation from anyone regarding the installation. I tried calling the flipkart and lg customer care numbers whole day, each time there was a different representative with a different story, nothing happened on 27th. Then the date was updated to 28th on flipkart my order section. The same story repeated on 28th, no installation no update nothing from flipkart or lg. Todays it is 29th and i am still waiting for the confirmation. God knows when the installation would be done. Advice to flipkart, you are giving people good discounts at the same time you should focus on service as well, don't make people regret buying stuff online compared to the store purchase Was this information helpful? | |||
